I was drawn to Hayes work in the most recent 'Illusive' book, the main piece of his being the 'Machines dream too' one. I do really like it, but it is specifically something I see myself doing - however, the more of his work that I looked at I realised he doesn't just limit himself to one style - which is the same way I want to go.
In particular, I really like the 'All you ever do' and 'Lets just make out' ones because they seem so personal, just because of the way they're coloured in. This is definately something I would like to try for the Manchester book fair brief.
